Besides
dogs, John McGrath has worked
with a variety of animals,
including birds of prey,
raccoons, skunks and big cats to
name a few. His love for
animals goes back to his
childhood, when he volunteered
with the Florida Audubon Society
and the Seminole County Humane
Society.
In
1999, John became a licensed
falconer and has a male Harris Hawk. He also
aids the Audubon Birds of Prey
Center in Maitland in the
rescuing and rehabilitating
injured birds in the area.

John
has been a guest speaker and has
held dog evaluations at several
local events and can be
found every year doing the training demonstrations for the SPCA
shows the Paws in the Park and the Wiggle Waggle as well as donating
training classes to several rescue groups and Fleet People's
Dog Park.
